| After logging onto the password-protected Listings Management Console, our clients enter detailed property specifications and attach photographs/floor plans for each unit by filling out a simple web form. A database link sends the property addresses to Mapquest® and automatically stores local street maps. |

| When properties are added, a dynamic list is automatically generated on your custom website. This list contains basic property information, which can be sorted by each of its four columns: address, number of bedrooms, rent, and date of availability. The sort function enables tenants to quickly narrow in on suitable properties and also serves as an organizational tool in the Listings Management Console. |

| Clicking on an address from the list, the detailed property specifications of the unit appear in a table with a featured photograph and links to additional photographs, floor plans, and a street map. Interested property seekers can link through to contact the property manager to schedule a showing or fill out an online rental application. |

| The Listings Management Console enables our clients to change the status of the unit to "Unavailable" in order to remove the property from the active listing yet store it in the database for future re-activation. Whether adding new photographs or updating property specifications, the Listings Management Console makes list maintenance a breeze. |
