Welcome Back! All our campus area leases start on September 3rd, the Friday before the first home football game. Most places will be ready a little early. By Monday, August 23rd I can give you a pretty good idea of when your apartment will be cleaned, and what work will need to be done. PLEASE REMEMBER: Before you can pick up your keys the rent must be paid and the utilities you are responsible for must be in your name. If you are part of a group, all memebers of the group must have sent in a rent check, or be covered by a roommate. Most of the apartments only require you to get the electrical service in your name. The whole houses need to take care of electricity and gas and water BEFORE you can move in. DTE (gas and electric) 1-800-477-4747.
